Seminar on Human Resource and Labour Law by Adeeb Payroll
India has been reforming its labour laws to align it with present workplace and ecosystems. The replacement of around 29 existing labour laws with the four new labour codes has enormous impact on both the organisations and their workforce. The new labour codes ensures to improve working conditions and help companies establish a sustainable business. In an attempt to understand the new legislation better, we spoke to experts and decided to organize “Decoding the Codes” – Seminar on Labour laws and compliances. We intent to discuss and seek guidance from leaders in simplifying the complex laws, promoting the ease of businesses and wellbeing of employees.

Mr. Niwas is a retired Regional PF Commissioner with 23 years of exposure in dealing with employment laws. He is adept in handling issues related to labour laws and compliances. He authored aroud 12 books addressing issues related to social security and labour welfare. Apart from being a successful author he is has been a faculty in various colleges and institutes. He has been an expert when it comes to matters of death claim, NPS, EPF and other related matters.
Mr. Shobit Mittal is a practicing lawyer in Delhi High Court with 12 yrs of experience in labour and industrial laws. He has immense exposure in conducting disciplinary enquiries, statutory audit and advisory on all issues related to employment laws. He has been an informed representative for employers before labour courts, industrial tribunals, labour commissioners, CGITs and ESI authorities when it comes to anything related to laws of employment in India.
Ms. Radha comes with nearly 10 Yrs of experience in POSH training in India. She has been a loved training professional amongst industry professionals, students and corporates. Apart from POSH training she has also delivered sessions on Stress Management, Soft Skills, Customer services and HR skills across multiple industries. She is adept in training, client coordination and customized services.
Mr. Sharma is a retired Assistant Labour Commissioner, Deputy Labour Commissioner-cum- Under Secretary, Joint Labour Commissioner-cum – Joint Secretary, Additional Labour Commissioner –cum –Additional Secretary with 23 years of exposure in dealing with employment laws. He is adept in handling issues related to labour laws and compliances. The Commission was given the task of rationalising labour laws for the organised sector. The Recommendations of the Commission form the foundation of the present Labour Codes.
An Internationally Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Trainer, Master Trainer Transactional Analysis, Life Coach and a Public Speaker. He is an expert of two of the most wonderful theories of human behavior, namely NLP and Transactional Analysis. He is also certified in Communication Skills Training and holds an M.A. (English) degree. He carries more than a decade of experience with him in the field of Training and Development. He currently conducts Senior and Middle management and Teacher Training programs for various industry sectors.
