The roundtable will feature four in-depth insight sessions focusing on the evolving landscape of India’s labour framework, including The Code on Wages, 2019; The Industrial Relations Code, 2020; The Code on Social Security, 2020; and The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020, along with a dedicated discussion on POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) awareness at the workplace.
Each session will be moderated to facilitate meaningful and structured discussions among panelists and senior HR leaders. The platform aims to encourage exchange of practical insights, compliance challenges, implementation strategies, and leadership perspectives on navigating these transformative labour reforms while fostering safe and inclusive workplaces.

Our Guests
Mr. Gupta brings over 23 years of experience across Human Resources, Industrial Relations, and legal domains, having held key roles from Labour Officer to Chief HRD in reputed manufacturing organizations. He later transitioned into legal practice and now serves as an independent consultant, representing organizations before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and various national tribunals including EPFAT, FERA, FEMA, and NGT. His expertise spans EPF & ESI, industrial disputes, anti-money laundering, international arbitration, intellectual property, IT regulations, and forensic advisory.
Mr. Shobit Mittal is a practicing lawyer at the Delhi High Court with 12+ years of experience in labour and industrial laws. He specializes in disciplinary enquiries, statutory audits, and advisory on employment law matters. He regularly represents employers before labour courts, tribunals, labour commissioners, CGITs, and ESI authorities across India.
Ms. Radha has nearly 10 years of experience in POSH training, working with corporates, professionals, and students across India. She also conducts sessions on stress management, soft skills, customer service, and HR development across multiple industries. Known for her engaging approach, she excels in training delivery, client coordination, and customized learning solutions.
Munish Kumar is an Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) professional with 16+ years of experience in audits, training, and consulting across corporates, industries, PSUs, and government organizations. He specializes in building safety, environmental audits, risk assessment, fire safety, disaster management, and EHS regulatory frameworks, with extensive expertise in ESG and due diligence. He has conducted 820+ man-day audits and 6000+ hours of training across diverse sectors in India, working with leading institutions like IFC, World Bank, ADB, and NIIFL.
Mr. Ram Niwas Bairwa is a retired Regional Provident Fund Commissioner with extensive experience in labour laws and social security. He is a published author of 12 books, including works on the EPF Act, and has served as a faculty member at Zonal Training Institutes for over 18 years. His deep engagement with employers, workers, and officials across India has shaped his expert insights in EPF and social security systems.
